(E1) boards overall clean with some minor marks; corners a little worn; gilt very clear; little stain on main edge of ffep and fep running subtly into the first 10 pages; ink stain can be seen for main fore edges; some marks on fore edges; all pages clean; one page top right corner ripped out sadly and another page has a rip; back end hingerepaired but needs further repair; all maps present, however some are now loose from the binding as pictured.
