Very good condition for age, corners of boards slightly rubbed, some very light scratches to surfaces of boards. Both front boards have a small patch of sticker residue visible. Some shallow creasing to leather spines. Marbled front endpaper on volume 1 appears to be glued to pastedown. Light foxing throughout, otherwise clean. Binding firm.
