Very good edition- spine slightly nudged, corners slightly rubbed, slight partial fading to back cover. Slight looseness to front cover though hinge is holding. Each story has a tissue paper duplicate of its title page inserted, which are each significantly faded, and have years written onto them in pencil. The first of these pages is partially detached, but the original title pages and other pages are firmly bound. Bookplate to front pastedown, pencil inscription to ffep. light fading to edges of pages, clean and bright throughout.
Bookplate is that of Sir James Balfour Paul 1846 - 1931
