Good condition- Spines nudged, corners of boards somewhat rubbed and bent. 1st Series is the 1899 Edition, 2nd Series is the 1901 Edition. They match in size and gilted spine design, though series 2 is a slightly darker shade of blue. Series one's front hinge loose and fragile, exposing netting. Both have (non matching) inscriptions to ffep, occasional faint foxing.
